How to Request a Refund

All purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple, and Apple decides whether to approve or deny each request. We cannot process refunds on your behalf.
How to Request a Refund
Option 1: Via Apple's Website (Recommended)
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
Sign in with your Apple ID
Find the purchase you want a refund for
Tap or click "I'd like to" and select "Request a refund"
Choose a reason for your refund
Select the item and click Submit
Option 2: Via iPhone or iPad
Open the Settings app
Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top
Tap Media & Purchases β View Account
Tap Purchase History
Find the purchase and tap Report a Problem
Follow the prompts to request a refund
What Happens Next?
Apple will review your request and notify you via email
This process typically takes a few business days
If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method
Important Information
We cannot:
Process refunds directly β all payments go through Apple
Guarantee that Apple will approve your refund
Access your payment or purchase history
Apple decides all refunds. Their decision is based on factors such as:
How recently the purchase was made
Whether the app was used extensively
The reason provided for the refund request
