Important Information

We cannot:

  • Process refunds directly β€” all payments go through Apple

  • Guarantee that Apple will approve your refund

  • Access your payment or purchase history

Apple decides all refunds. Their decision is based on factors such as:

  • How recently the purchase was made

  • Whether the app was used extensively

  • The reason provided for the refund request

Tips for a Successful Refund Request

  • Submit your request as soon as possible after the purchase

  • Be clear and honest about your reason

  • If denied, you can try contacting Apple Support directly
