How to Cancel Your Subscription

All subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed entirely by Apple. We do not have the ability to cancel subscriptions on your behalf โ€” you must do this yourself through your Apple ID settings.

How to Cancel on iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app on your device

  2. Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top of the screen

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Find and tap โ€œTCGVaultโ€ in the list

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

  6. Confirm the cancellation

Important Notes

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, even after cancellation.

  • If you don't see a "Cancel Subscription" option, your subscription may already be canceled.

  • Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above.

Why Can't You Cancel It for Me?

When you subscribe through the App Store, your payment and subscription are processed directly by Apple. This means:

  • We never receive your payment information

  • We do not have access to your Apple ID or subscription settings

  • Only you (or Apple) can manage subscriptions tied to your Apple ID
